Hi there, I’m David McCaig the General Manager of New Age Fitness in Hamilton. I have worked here since the club opened its doors back in 2014. I was a Personal Trainer for many years and then in 2022 I took on the role of Club Manager.
I love training, the physical and mental benefits that it gives me is what motivates me every day. I take part in Hyrox events and have recently got a new found love for running, that I now participate in marathons.
I am a very ‘hands on’ manager of the club, I love being on the gym floor, chatting to our members, taking classes, and making the gym the best place it can be for our members to enjoy.
