I absolutely love being part of such an amazing community. Fitness is a huge passion of mine—I compete in Hyrox and enjoy CrossFit-style training and running.
I also love teaching classes at the gym, especially Spin, Hyrox, HIIT Step and something I designed for our club Sweat.
When I’m not in the gym, you’ll usually find me spending time with family and friends, socializing, or getting lost in a good book.
